General Notice

Department of Labor (DOL) notices provide general explanations of COBRA requirements. They also list occurrences that qualify as a COBRA event. In addition they list the employee's responsibilities to notify Human Resources concerning events such as divorce, separation or when children can no longer be listed as dependents.
